BioI was born in 1785 in the small town of Kent, England. My father, the late Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy, raised me in the quiet countryside at our ancestorial home of Pemberley. My best friend until the days of Oxford was the son of my father's steward, a Mr. George Wickam. Subsuquently we have now fallen out of speaking terms in a series of unfortunate events that I shall not triffle your intellegence with. I have just now received a letter from one of my greatest friends, a Mr. Charles Bingley, that he has just aquired a house just south of Longborne entitled Netherfield. In the country no less. It is my sincere hope that I shall not have to attend any balls upon my arrival this autumn.
